This program is designed to help you improve your stress coping skills and sleeping habits through non-medication methods, including meditation training, lifestyle and dietary changes. Learn how your hormones and brain chemicals can impact your emotional balance. Our health team will help you get your sleep biorhythm back in sync to achieve restful sleep.
3) Hormone Balance & Anti-Aging
This program is designed to help you improve your sex hormone levels to sustain your physical and mental health. Through science-based insights our health team can help you with fatigue, brain fog, mood changes, hot flashes, disrupted sleep, loss of muscle mass, sex drive change, and weight gain caused by unbalanced hormones.
To be completed in-person or by virtual testing (supported by self-test kits) followed by a review of results by video conferencing with health coach. Optional add-on series of retesting and health coaching sessions beyond three months available.
